  "text": "(1) OFCOM may authorise persons to—\n(a) exercise powers of entry and inspection under paragraph 2;\n(b) carry out audits in accordance with notices under paragraph 4;\n(c) apply for a warrant to be issued under paragraph 5, and execute such a warrant that has been issued.\n(2) “Authorised person” means—\n(a) in paragraph 2, a person authorised for the purposes mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(a);\n(b) in paragraph 4, a person authorised for the purposes mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(b);\n(c) in other paragraphs of this Schedule, a person authorised for the purposes mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(c).\n(3) An authorisation under this paragraph must be in writing.",
