Paragraph 22 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015I1I2

The Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 is amended as follows.

In section 96 (extent), in subsection (6), omit paragraphs (c) and (g).

Omit Schedule 8 (disclosing or threatening to disclose private sexual photographs or films: providers of information society services).
