  "text": "In the case of a combined service—\n(a) the online safety objectives set out in paragraph 4 do not apply in relation to the search engine;\n(b) the online safety objectives set out in paragraph 5 apply in relation to the search engine, and accordingly references in that paragraph to a search service are to be read as references to the search engine;\n(c) the reference in paragraph 5(a)(iii) to a publicly available statement includes a reference to provisions of the terms of service which relate to the search engine.",
