  "text": "(1) Codes of practice that describe measures recommended for the purpose of compliance with a duty set out in section 10(2) , (3) or (3A) (illegal content) must include measures in each of the areas of a service listed in section 10(4).\n(2) Codes of practice that describe measures recommended for the purpose of compliance with a duty set out in section 12(2) or (3) (children’s online safety) must include measures in each of the areas of a service listed in section 12(8).\n(3) Codes of practice that describe measures recommended for the purpose of compliance with a duty set out in section 27(2) , (3) or (3A) (illegal content) must include measures in each of the areas of a service listed in section 27(4).\n(4) Codes of practice that describe measures recommended for the purpose of compliance with a duty set out in section 29(2) or (3) (children’s online safety) must include measures in each of the areas of a service listed in section 29(4).\n(5) Sub-paragraphs (1) to (4) apply to the extent that inclusion of the measures in question is consistent with paragraph 1(a) and the principles mentioned in paragraph 2(c) and (d).",
