# Online Safety Act 2023, Paragraph 15

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The systems and processes by which a provider assesses the risk of harm to individuals from the presence of illegal content or content that is harmful to children—
(a) when the service is initially being designed or developed,
(b) when any further development or update to the service is being considered, and
(c) while the service is in operation.
