  "text": "(1) Section 127(2)(a) and (b) of the Communications Act (false messages) is repealed so far as it extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.\n(2) The following provisions of the Malicious Communications Act 1988 are repealed—\n(a) section 1(1)(a)(ii),\n(b) section 1(1)(a)(iii), and\n(c) section 1(2).\n(3) The following provisions of the Malicious Communications (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/1849 (N.I. 18)) are repealed—\n(a) Article 3(1)(a)(ii),\n(b) Article 3(1)(a)(iii), and\n(c) Article 3(2).",
