  "heading": "“Search engine”",
  "text": "(1) In this Act “search engine”—\n(a) includes a service or functionality which enables a person to search some websites or databases (as well as a service or functionality which enables a person to search (in principle) all websites or databases);\n(b) does not include a service which enables a person to search just one website or database.\n(2) For the purposes of this Act, a search engine is not to be taken to be “included” in an internet service or a user-to-user service if the search engine is controlled by a person who does not control other parts of the service.",
