# Opencast Coal Act 1958, Paragraph 44


Paragraphs 18 to 23 of this Schedule shall apply in relation to land which, at the commencement of this Act, is land requisitioned as an opencast storage site as they apply in relation to land which, at the commencement of this Act, is land already requisitioned for opencast operations.
