Section 34 (subordinate legislation procedure) is amended as follows.

After subsection (1), insert—

“(1A)

Subsection (1) above shall not apply to rules made under section 10 above in so far as they relate to fees.”.

For subsection (2), substitute—

“(2)

The Privy Council may approve rules under section 23C above either in the form submitted to them or subject to such modifications as appear to the Privy Council requisite.”.

In subsection (3) omit the words “or scheme”.

In subsections (5)(c), (6)(b) and (10), for the words “section 26 above” substitute “section 25 or 26 above”.

Omit subsections (4), (5)(b), (8) and (9).
