Article 5 New section 13H

Where—

(a)

a financial penalty order is imposed pursuant to the new section 13H (financial penalty order); and

(b)

the allegation considered by the Fitness to Practise Committee which resulted in that order being imposed relates to events that took place before the relevant date,

section 13H(3) shall not apply and the maximum penalty for the purposes of section 13H shall instead be £1,600.
