  "heading": "Suspension orders",
  "text": "(1) Where—\n(a) before the relevant date; or\n(b) on or after the relevant date pursuant to Schedule 2 to the Opticians Order or this Order,\na suspension order has been made pursuant to the old Part 3 (disciplinary proceedings) in respect of—\n(i) a person’s registration in the register, or\n(ii) a body corporate’s enrolment in the list of bodies corporate,\nthat suspension shall continue for the period specified in the suspension order as a suspension from the appropriate register referred to in the new section 7 (registers of opticians) or, in respect of a body corporate, as a suspension from the register of bodies corporate maintained under the new section 9(1) (list of bodies corporate carrying on business as opticians).",
