Article 2
(1)
The Order of the Secretary of State, dated 28th October 1902, prescribing Forms under the Licensing Act 1902f1 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2)
In the Particulars of the Notice of Conviction in the Appendix to the above-mentioned Order, for the words “Clerk to the justices” there shall be substituted the words “Chief Executive to the Justices”.
