This Order amends the Order of the Secretary of State, dated 28th October 1902, prescribing Forms under the Licensing Act 1902 to transfer the functions of the justices' clerks under the Order to justices' chief executives. It is consequential on an amendment to section 31 of the Licensing Act 1964 (which re-enacts the provision in the Licensing Act 1902 under which the amended Order was made) made by Schedule 13 to the Access to Justice Act 1999.
