GOVERNMENT TRADING FUNDS

Coming into force 15th December 2006

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes this Order, with the concurrence of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2C of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973 f1.
