  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Ordnance Survey Trading Fund was established by the Ordnance Survey Trading Fund Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/965) on 1st April 1999.\nThis Order increases the maximum which that Fund may borrow from £30,000,000 to £40,000,000.\nA Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
