  "text": "Regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows:—\n(a) there shall be inserted at the appropriate place the following definition—\n““the appropriate Minister” means—\n(a) in relation to England, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;\n(b) in relation to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, the Secretary of State;”;\n(b) in the definition of “inspection body”, for the words “Food from Britain” there shall be substituted the words “the appropriate Minister”;\n(c) the definition of “the Minister” shall be deleted.",
