# The Organic Products (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 6: Amendment of the principal Regulations


Regulation 5 (inspection system and information to the Minister) of the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows:—
(a) the words “and information to the Minister” shall be deleted from the heading;
(b) in paragraphs (1) and (2) for the words “Food from Britain” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “the appropriate Minister”;
(c) paragraphs (3) and (4) shall be deleted.
