# The Orkney Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 1995, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Orkney Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st August 1995.
(2) In this Order “the scheme” means the Orkney Tourist Board Scheme 1995.
