  "text": "(1)\n(2)\nProvision of the Act\nSubject Matter\nIn section 1—\nsubsection (1);\nsubsection (2), for the purpose of enabling the General Osteopathic Council to prepare for the exercise of any functions which may be, or if the relevant provision were in force could become, exercisable under any provision of the Act including this subsection;\nsubsection (3), so far as it relates to the other provisions of the Act brought into force by this Order;\nsubsection (4), so far as it relates to the fol-lowing provisions of Part I of the Schedule to the Act—\nparagraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 13, 14(2), 14(3) except for paragraph (d), and 15;\nsubsections (8), (10), (11) and (12)\nThe General Osteopathic Council\nSection 2(1), (2), (4), (5) and (6)\nThe Registrar of Osteopaths\nSection 34\nDefault powers of the Privy Council\nSection 35(1), (2) and (4)\nRules\nSection 36(1), (2), (4), (5) and (6)\nExercise of powers by Privy Council\nSection 40\nFinancial provisions\nSection 41, so far as it provides a definition of “the General Council”,“prescribed” and “the Registrar”\nInterpretation\nIn section 42, subsections (1) to (6), and subsection (7) except for the words from “except that” to the end of that subsection\nShort title, commencement, transitional provisions and extent\nIn the Schedule—\nin Part I, paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 13, 14(2), 14(3) except for paragraph (d), and 15;\nThe General Council\nPart III\nThe General Council: transitional provisions",
