# The Ouseburn Barrage Order 2007, Paragraph 30


Subject to paragraph 29, appointments to the consultative body established under this Part shall be made by the Council in accordance with a scheme prepared by them for that purpose and the scheme shall provide for the appointment of persons who, in the opinion of the Council, are representative of persons having an interest in, or representing persons or bodies with an interest in—
(a) the navigation in the Ouseburn; or
(b) the environment and amenities of the Ouseburn.
