  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised project or to facilitate, or is incidental to, it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 19 (time limit for exercise of authority to acquire land compulsorily), paragraph (2) of article 20 (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 24 (acquisition of subsoil or airspace only), article 26 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised project) and article 43 (crown rights).",
