  "text": "(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order and to the requirements in Schedule 1 part 3 (requirements) the undertaker is granted—\n(a) development consent for the authorised development; and\n(b) consent for the ancillary works,\nto be carried out within the Order limits.\n(2) Subject to the requirements in Schedule 1, each of the scheduled works must be constructed and maintained within the limits of deviation for that work.",
