  "heading": "Transfer of functions of the relevant local planning authority",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Order only, the relevant local planning authority referred to in Part 8 of the 2008 Act shall be Lincolnshire County Council in respect of the following articles—\n(a) Article 8 (street works);\n(b) Article 9 (application of the 1991 Act);\n(c) Article 10 (temporary closure of public rights of way);\n(d) Article 11 (temporary closure of streets);\n(e) Article 12 (access to works);\n(f) Article 13 (agreements with street authorities);\n(g) Article 14 (power to alter layout etc. of streets); and\n(h) Article 15 (traffic regulation).\n(2) For the purposes of this Order only, the relevant local planning authority referred to in Part 8 of the 2008 Act shall be Lincolnshire County Council in respect of the following requirements—\n(a) Requirement 8 (stages of authorised project onshore);\n(b) Requirement 9 (detailed onshore design parameters);\n(c) Requirement 10 (provision of landscaping);\n(d) Requirement 11 (implementation and maintenance of landscaping);\n(e) Requirement 12 (ecological management plan);\n(f) Requirement 13 (fencing and other means of permanent enclosure);\n(g) Requirement 14 (temporary fencing and other temporary means of enclosure);\n(h) Requirement 15 (operational drainage management and emergency flood response);\n(i) Requirement 16 (operational drainage management and emergency flood response);\n(j) Requirement 17 (onshore archaeology);\n(k) Requirement 18 (code of construction practice);\n(l) Requirement 19 (construction hours);\n(m) Requirement 20 (highway accesses);\n(n) Requirement 21 (traffic);\n(o) Requirement 22 (public rights of way);\n(p) Requirement 23 (restoration of land used temporarily for construction);\n(q) Requirement 24 (onshore decommissioning);\n(r) Requirement 25 (control of noise during operational phase);\n(s) Requirement 26 (control of artificial light emissions during operational phase); and\n(t) Requirement 30 (skills, supply chain and employment).",
