  "heading": "Implementation and maintenance of landscaping",
  "text": "(1) All landscaping works must be carried out and maintained in accordance with the landscape management plan(s) approved under requirement 13 (provision of landscaping), and in accordance with the relevant recommendations of appropriate British Standards.\n(2) Unless otherwise stated in the approved landscape management plan, any tree or shrub planted as part of an approved landscape management plan that, within a period of five years after planting, is removed, dies or becomes, in the opinion of Lincolnshire County Council, seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the first available planting season with a specimen of the same species and size as that originally planted unless alternative timing or a different specimen is otherwise approved by Lincolnshire County Council in consultation with the relevant planning authority.",
