# The Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 31: Requirement for written approval


Where under any of the above requirements the approval or agreement of the Secretary of State, Lincolnshire County Council or another person is required, that approval or agreement must be given in writing.
