  "text": "(1) Except as otherwise required by Trinity House the undertaker must paint all structures forming part of the authorised scheme yellow (colour code RAL 1023) from at least Highest Astronomical Tide to a height as directed by Trinity House.\n(2) Subject to sub-paragraph (1) above, unless the MMO otherwise directs, the undertaker must ensure that the remainder of the structures are painted submarine grey (colour code RAL 7035).",
