  "text": "The undertaker must notify the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Safeguarding, at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the licensed activities, in writing of the following information—\n(a) the date of the commencement of construction of the licensed activities;\n(b) the date the offshore artificial nesting structure is brought into use;\n(c) the maximum height of any construction equipment to be used;\n(d) the maximum heights of the offshore artificial nesting structure to be constructed; and\n(e) the latitude and longitude of the offshore artificial nesting structure to be constructed,\nand the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Safeguarding must be notified of any changes to the information supplied under this paragraph and of the completion of the construction of the licensed activities. Copies of notifications must be provided to the MMO within five days of the notification to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Safeguarding.",
