  "heading": "Maintenance reporting",
  "text": "(1) An annual maintenance report must be submitted to the MMO in writing within three months following the first anniversary of the date of commencement of operations, and every year thereafter until the permanent cessation of operation.\n(2) The report must provide a record of the licensed activities as set out in condition 2 during the preceding year, the timing of activities and methodologies used.\n(3) Every fifth year, the undertaker must submit to the MMO in writing, within three months of that date, a consolidated maintenance report, which will—\n(a) include a review of licensed activities undertaken during the preceding five years with reference to the reports submitted in accordance with condition 16(1) of this licence; and\n(b) reconfirm the applicability of the methodologies and frequencies of the licensable activities permitted by this licence for the remaining duration of this licence.",
