  "text": "The substances or articles authorised for deposit at sea are—\n(a) iron and steel, copper and aluminium;\n(b) stone and rock;\n(c) concrete and grout;\n(d) sand and gravel;\n(e) plastic and synthetic;\n(f) material extracted from within the offshore Order limits during construction drilling and seabed preparation for foundation works;\n(g) weights used for the calibration of vessels, consisting of a hessian sack, metal shackles or chains; and\n(h) marine coatings, other chemicals and timber.",
