  "text": "If, at any time the undertaker plans to undertake the undertaker’s works or any other work which is within 500m of the Barque Assets, the undertaker shall notify the owner and the undertaker and the owner must, unless agreed otherwise, acting reasonably, agree and enter into a co-existence and proximity agreement as soon as reasonably practicable.",
