# The Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 78: Arbitration


Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 7(2), 7(4) 8(1) and 9 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 38 (arbitration).
