# The Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 80: Restriction on authorised development


No part of Work No. 9 (artificial nesting structures) shall be erected within or within 500m of the NGET offshore buffer zone unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing between NGET and the undertaker, both parties acting reasonably.
