  "heading": "Conservatory and Interim Measures",
  "text": "(1) Unless the parties have otherwise agreed, after the arbitration has commenced, the Arbitrator may, at the request of either party, order any conservatory or interim measure it deems appropriate. Any conservatory or interim measure must be in the form of an order, giving reasons, or of an award, as the Arbitrator considers appropriate.\n(2) Unless the parties have otherwise agreed, either party may apply to the courts of England and Wales for conservatory or interim measures.\n(3) Such application by a party is not deemed to be an infringement or a waiver of the arbitration agreement, and does not affect the relevant powers reserved to the Arbitrator.",
