  "text": "In section 12—\n(a) for subsection (2) there shall substituted the following:—\n“(2) A person who commits an offence is liable on conviction—\n(a) on indictment, to a fine that is in the discretion of the court; and\n(b) by a court of summary jurisdiction to a fine not exceeding $25,000.”\n(b) in subsection (4) for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the word “Bermuda”; and\n(c) in subsection (6) for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the word “Bermuda”.",
