# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Bermuda) Order 2006, Paragraph 2


In Section 2—
(a) in subsection (1) for the words “Scottish firms, and bodies incorporated under the law of any part of the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “and bodies incorporated under the law of Bermuda”; and
(b) subsection (3) shall be omitted.
