In section 4—

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor acting in his discretion”;

(b)

in subsection (2)(c) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be added the words “or the security of Bermuda”; and

(c)

in subsection (3) for the words “Secretary of State” where they first appear there shall be substituted the word “Governor acting in his discretion” and in paragraph (d) the words “to the Secretary of State” shall be omitted.
