# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Bermuda) Order 2006, Paragraph 5


In section 5—
(a) in subsections (1) and (2)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (g) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor acting in his discretion”;
(b) in subsection (2)(e)(iv) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be added the words “or the security of Bermuda”; and
(c) in subsection (2)(f) there shall be substituted for the words “United Kingdom” the word “Bermuda”.
