In Section 6—

(a)

in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor acting in his discretion”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)(b) before the words “national security” there shall be added the word “the” and after the words “national security” there shall be added the words “of the United Kingdom or the security of Bermuda”.
