  "text": "OUTER SPACE\nMade 21st October 1998\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of October 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 15(6) of the Outer Space Act 1986, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
