In section 12–

(a)

in subsection (2) for the words “the statutory maximum” there shall be substituted the figure “$10,000”;

(b)

in subsection (4) for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “Cayman Islands”; and

(c)

in subsection (6) for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “Cayman Islands”.
