# Outer Space Act 1986 (Cayman Islands) Order 1998, Paragraph 8


In section 8–
(a) in subsection (1) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”; and
(b) in subsection (3) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the words “Attorney-General”, and the words “or, in Scotland, by interdict or by order under section 91 of the Court of Session Act 1868” shall be omitted.
