# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations increase the prescribed fee payable on an application for a licence under the Outer Space Act 1986 made after 29th September 1998 from £1,000 to £6,500.
