  "text": "In these Regulations:\n“the Act” means the Outer Space Act 1986;\n“further education” has the meaning given in section 41 of the Education Act 1944;\n“higher education” means education provided by means of a course of any description mentioned in Schedule 6 to the Education Reform Act 1988;\n“school” has the meaning given in section 114 of the Education Act 1944;\n“university” has the same meaning as in the Education Reform Act 1988.",
