# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) Regulations 1989, Regulation 4: Educational Institutions


These Regulations shall not apply in respect of an application for a licence made by, or in respect of a licence granted to:–
(a) a school,
(b) an institution for the provision of higher education, including a university, or
(c) an institution for the provision of further education,
to carry on an activity to which the Act applies for the purpose of scientific research or teaching.
