  "text": "OUTER SPACE\nMade 23rd July 1996\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 23rd day of July 1996\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 15(6) of the Outer Space Act 1986, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
