# Outer Space Act 1986 (Gibraltar) Order 1996, Paragraph 12


In section 12—
(a) in subsection (2) for the words “the statutory maximum” there shall be substituted the words “level 5 on the standard scale”;
(b) in subsection (4) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the word “Gibraltar”; and
(c) in subsection (6) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the word “Gibraltar”.
