In section 5—

(a)

in subsections (1) and (2)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (g) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”.

(b)

in subsection (2)(e)(iv) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be added the words “or security of Gibraltar”; and

(c)

in subsection (2)(f) there shall be substituted for the words “the United Kingdom” the word “Gibraltar”.
