# Outer Space Act 1986 (Gibraltar) Order 1996, Paragraph 7


In section 7—
(a) In subsections (1) and (2) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”; and
(b) in subsection (3) for the words “such fee as the Secretary of State may prescribe” there shall be substituted the words “such fee as may be prescribed”.
