# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Hong Kong) Order 1990, Article 3


(1) The Act shall extend to Hong Kong subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) For the purposes of construing the Act as so extended as part of the law of Hong Kong any reference to the Act is a reference to the Act as it has effect in Hong Kong.
