# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Hong Kong) Order 1990, Paragraph 12


In section 12–
(a) in subsection (2) for the words “the statutory minimum” there shall be substituted the figure “$5000”;
(b) in subsection (4) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “Hong Kong”; and
(c) in subsection (6) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “Hong Kong”.
